Terms of Service

The deal

MasterPitch is an AI sales practice product: training modules plus a practice room with an adaptive AI buyer and coach. You get access based on your plan (Free, Pro, or Teams). Details live on the Pricing page.

Your account

You’re responsible for your login, your usage, and using the product for legitimate practice — not abuse, spam, reverse engineering, scraping, or trying to break the system. We can suspend accounts that trash the service or other users.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans bill through Clerk Billing on a monthly or annual cycle. Prices shown at checkout are the prices you pay for that term.

All sales final — no refunds

All sales are final. No refunds. Not for “I changed my mind,” not for “I didn’t use it enough,” not for partial months or partial years. Buy when you’re ready. Cancel when you’re done — on the rules below.

Cancellation & access

Cancel anytime. Canceling stops the next renewal. It does not cut you off mid-cycle.

• Monthly plan: Cancel in the middle of a billing month and you keep Pro/Teams access through the end of that billing cycle. When the cycle ends, the paid plan stops and the account reverts to Free (no paid subscription).
• Annual plan: Cancel mid-year and you keep Pro/Teams access for the remainder of that annual term. When the year ends, the paid plan stops and the account reverts to Free (no paid subscription).

Free account means Free entitlements — not a secret leftover Pro seat. If you want paid access again, subscribe again.

The product itself

Practice sessions are simulated. Results vary. MasterPitch is a training tool, not a guarantee you’ll close more deals, hit quota, or win a specific conversation. Use your judgment with real customers.

Intellectual property

MasterPitch content, software, and branding belong to us (or our licensors). Your account progress belongs with your account. Don’t copy the product wholesale or redistribute module content as your own course.

Disclaimer & limitation

The service is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it up; we don’t promise perfection, uninterrupted uptime, or that every AI response will be brilliant. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before a claim — or $0 if you’re on Free.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the signal. Keep using MasterPitch after an update and you’re on the new terms.
