Privacy Policy

The bottom line

MasterPitch is a practice room, not a surveillance product. We do not record your practice conversations. We do not analyze them for marketing, profiling, or model training. We don’t keep transcript libraries of your pitch sessions.

What we keep is the boring stuff we need to run your account: your name, your email, and which modules you’ve completed (plus the progress signals that go with that — like quiz/practice pass status so the app knows what you’ve unlocked).

What we collect

• Account identity — name and email (via our auth provider, Clerk) so you can sign in and we can reach you about the product.
• Learning progress — modules completed and related mastery/progress so your library and practice room stay accurate.
• Plan / billing status — which subscription you have (Free, Pro, Teams), handled through Clerk Billing. We don’t store your full card number on MasterPitch servers.
• Messages you send us — if you contact support, we keep what you wrote so we can help.

What we don’t do

• We don’t record practice conversations.
• We don’t analyze your live buyer/coach sessions to sell ads, build dossiers, or train AI models.
• We don’t sell your personal information. Not for money. Not for “partnerships.” Not for “insights.”

Who helps us run the product

Like every modern SaaS, we use vendors to ship reliably. The big ones for identity and billing are Clerk. Those providers process data under their own policies so we can authenticate you and charge subscriptions. We don’t hand them your practice conversations — because we don’t keep them.

Your choices

Want something deleted or clarified? Contact us. We’ll respond like humans, not ticket bots.

Changes

If this policy changes in a material way, we’ll update the date at the top. Keep using the product after a change and you’re agreeing to the new version — so read it when we bump the date.
